Love Yourself
Love your body, regardless where you currently stand as far as aesthetics and physique goals. Loving your body doesn’t mean you’re being complacent, or accepting your body as is; it means you’re operating from a place of compassion and appreciation for your body, for all the sh*t you’ve put it through throughout the years. It means you value your body, and when you value something you invest in it. This means growth, This means getting stronger, This means getting fitter, This means wanting to be ‘more’, not ‘less’. Best of all- this means you grow as a person on the inside as you’re gaining strength on the outside. My ultimate goal as a fellow woman and a coach is to help YOU fall in love with strength training.
